I was listening to one of the VCs I admire this morning and on this video he said he has been blogging for 6 years now.
That triggered me think, Ok, how many years I have been posting on internet?
I went digged-digged-digged upto my oldest post on this blog and found that I actually started blogging on blogger before moving to my self hosting wordpress based blog.
This seems to be the first blog post I made ever. Its been almost 5 years I have been blogging.
Had a quick glance at some of the old posts, and Its a bit of nostalgic moment.

I was pondering over with the thought of, if I could possibly post links from my blog ( as i publish them) to my facebook account. It might be interesting for my friends on facebook to read a detailed version of a story after an interesting status update.
So here I go, i have done some magic, and if this works, you would be able to see this post on my blog and a short link on my facebook profile.

I skim through more than 80 blogs daily and use Bloglines, which is a blog aggregator. For past couple of days, its just unable to display the updated posts and I am running behind 100s articles. Not getting enough fuel for thought
I have emailed them via contact support form and hope bloglines is going to get it fixed soon.

I get bored with same look and feel if it sticks around too long. So I just switch over to different theme when I find something which I find attractive/simple/purposeful.
I just did that too.

And I am going to miss it .
I have been running my blog on wordpress for many years now and no doubt its one of my all time software.
Matt Mullenweg , founder of WP is coming down to India as part of next wordcamp along with Om Mallik ( one of the famous tech blogger I read) to talk about blogging as an alternative strong media channel.
Not that I want to understand the proven concept, but meeting them in person or at least seeing these people, talking live would be enriching experience.

Blogging needs no introduction now, where it has already taken shape shredding its image as nerd’s individual’s sharing playtool and maturing as corporate PR tool.
Certainly, it is not an alter ego of journalism and thats what Thompson Cramtop has pointed on his posting at Joi’s blog.
To me it gives a satisfying experience sharing what you know or wanted to know with global audience….just another dissimilarity.
