Looks like ICICI team is reading me..

I got a comment on one of my previous posts How NOT to provide customer support which looks like authentic email from ICICI quality services. Not sure how they ended up reading my blog, but good to see that they at least responded.

I will be following up on email to explain the issue I have faced. I have already figured out answers to my previous query but this might help when I or someone else gets into similar situation again.
