		<description>Ruchit you could not mentioned it well about ICICI but on the same note, try the Amazon Service ( www.amazon.com )I just need to send the message and for sure in 24 hours there would be solution.. Yes a solution and not those automated one. 

They have business plans made on the customer centric and driven by customer.. Not those tie clad MBA tribe who are Mostly Below Average

Why other companies learn from Amazon the best of the customer service practice.. There were those days when there used to Peer Benchmarks of Practices to raise the bar of standards..
