I caught them sleeping last week or so. I wrote mail to Dave( CEO, Technorati) and copied it to all senior management guys including Joi.

I am really happy to be heard this time that too in very-very short time, but wondering why these executives have to spent time reading such mails from customers when there is already a customer-support personnels working out there ( i guess it though), they must be having important strategic things to do.

Anyways, now my technorati account is updated. Wondering if its ranking will automatically improve, which fall down last month due to culprit spider…..
