Technorati support is sleeping

Thats what i feel as I have not heard from Technorati for last four days regarding my problem.

My problem is, my account at Technorati is not getting updated for last 30 days, despite doing manual pinging and having a automatic ping at WordPress ‘Options’

Not sure what Technorati is upto…does anyone facing similar issues?

Update: Its been full 7 days and I have not yet recieved any feedback on this issue. Wondering if I can contact Technorati CEO Dave
